Breakups way we feel we lose our minds. We have an anxiety attack at the drop of a hat, panicky thinking about the future without them. We question our lives, our love and our minds. Above all, we feel the earth revolves around us in real time!

But there are some things that you are in this transitional period, reducing anxiety, may have felt the millions of others, feeling, or will feel in the future.

Get rid of all the caffeine in your life. Buy decaffeinated cola, decaffeinated coffee, etc. You’d be surprised how much anxiety / panic attacks can learn to be connected to the use of caffeine. TWO: Rearrange or renovate your bedroom. Get some new towels, blankets, bedspreads and curtains. Paint the walls, and maybe even a carpet.
