Dealing with a breakup? How to Start Feeling Better

A good friend of mine called me the other day. This friend broke up with here the day before and now? She was sick as a dog.

“My life sucks,” she croaked. “It is not enough bathrooms I dumped … I’ve now got the flu.”

Sounds familiar? If you’re anything like my friend, Breakups literally make you physically ill. I had it happen to my relationship coaching clients … Heck, I thought it would go. If you are dealing with a break-up and suffer what I read as a Breakup flu, move on. I will tell you exactly why you sick and how to start feeling better soon.

Is it normal, two are physically ill after a breakup?

Everybody Knows Breakups are stressful. What some do not know the people, is how stress affects the body. Your immune system crashes, so you catch every error happened two threatened to be around. Not only that stress symptoms bring your own. Here are the common physical symptoms I mashed seen (and experienced) that come on after a separation have:

racing heart

upset stomach

vomiting

headaches

insomnia

numbness in hands, fingers, feet

How to Overcome Feeling Sick after a separation

Stress and anxiety of your breakup cause your symptom. Here is how to handle the stress, so that your symptoms clear quickly.
